Don Maher has held numerous senior executive positions in operations and sales in various industries for companies in a restructuring or turnaround situation, both public and privately held. Mr. Maher also has extensive experience in new product development, sales and market growth and expansion, and business development in the automotive, electronics, and industrial marketplace.

Mr. Maher has recently served as President of a first Tier automotive supplier leading it thru a period of substantial growth, successfully launched a “Greenfield” Mexico facility, and successfully launched significant takeover businesses from three customers in distress with prior suppliers. Additionally Mr. Maher negotiated a beneficial end to a long term dispute encompassing numerous financial issues with a significant customer.

Mr. Maher has also served as Vice President of Sales for a major first tier automotive supplier through a Chapter 11 process. In this assignment Mr. Maher successfully handled customer pricing negotiations, troubled vendor situations, and presided over weekly customer conferences to resolve transition issues. Prior to that, Mr. Maher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for an electronics manufacturing company. In that position, Mr. Maher built a national sales force for new products, put in place a successful manufacturing engineering function, moved the operations to new facilities, all while experiencing double digit growth.

Mr. Maher has extensive experience in determining and driving product line/customer profitability, as well as renegotiating unprofitable contracts. As an Executive Vice President, Mr. Maher has successfully combined and managed the Sales, Marketing and Design Engineering functions, leading to long term double digit growth, expansion into new markets, and quick to market, successful product development and launches. Additionally, Mr. Maher has lead image improvement initiatives which have proved valuable in successfully redefining and refocusing companies.

Mr. Maher began his career in manufacturing as a first line supervisor, and quickly rose through the ranks of manufacturing and engineering to become Vice President of Operations. In these responsibilities Mr. Maher has built, consolidated, and closed plants, and been responsible of all manufacturing, operations, and engineering functions.
